Voor een internationale speler binnen de logistieke sector zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde student die gedurende 3 tot 6 maanden het facturatieteam wil ondersteunen.
Dit is een ideale kans om relevante ervaring op te doen binnen een professionele, data-gedreven omgeving waar structuur en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan.
Wat ga je doen?
Je ondersteunt de afdeling facturatie met een duidelijke focus op administratie en opvolging:
- Controleren en verwerken van transportfacturen
- Matchen van facturen met zendingen
- Opvolgen van zendingen via interne systemen
- Verwerken en updaten van data in Excel
- Signaleren van fouten of afwijkingen
Your Profile
- Minimumleeftijd van 18 jaar
- Beschikbaar voor 3 dagen per week (weekdagen)
- Opstart mogelijk vanaf 1 juni, voor minstens 3 maanden
- Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd in je werk
- Proactieve ingesteldheid en in staat om zelfstandig te werken
- Goede kennis van Excel (filters, VLOOKUP, draaitabellen, basisformules)
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
