Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Als student ondersteun je het ervaren douaneteam en zorg je mee voor een vlotte administratieve flow:
- Administratieve ondersteuning van de douane-afdeling
- Verwerken van gegevens in interne systemen
- Beheer van mailbox en professionele communicatie
- Opstellen en onderhouden van Excel-overzichten
- Controleren, klasseren en archiveren van documenten
- Ondersteunen bij de verwerking van douanedossiers
Your Profile
- Voltijds beschikbaar tijdens de zomervakantie (13/07/2026 t.e.m. 14/08/2026)
- Goede kennis van MS Office (Excel & Outlook)
- Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en betrouwbaar
- Zelfstandig én teamgericht
- Leergierig en administratief sterk
- Interesse in logistiek of douane is een plus

TSO Technisch Secundair Onderwijs/A2
