About the Job

Do you have a passion for technology and are you looking for a challenging shift-based role? As an Electrical Technician, you are responsible for the maintenance and optimal operation of our machines and installations in either production or utilities. You troubleshoot faults, carry out inspections, and work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth processes. In addition, you contribute to improvements and comply with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Performing corrective, curative, and preventive maintenance activities
  • Reporting and coordinating maintenance activities that require downtime
  • Carrying out assembly, disassembly, overhauls, and modifications on machines and installations
  • Reading, interpreting, following up on, and drafting work instructions
  • Recording and maintaining work activities in systems, registers, and reports
  • Working with computer systems and machine controls in accordance with company regulations
  • Performing preparatory tasks such as reviewing projects and instructions
  • Properly handing over ongoing and completed work
  • Sharing knowledge and training colleagues
  • Contributing to continuous improvement processes and efficiency projects

Utilities

  • Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on low- and medium-voltage installations, transformers, and generators
  • Responsible for motor maintenance of overhead cranes and ensuring optimal operation of ventilation systems and the fire detection system

Production

  • Performing corrective and preventive electrical maintenance on production installations, including work in electrical cabinets

Your Profile

  • A diploma in a technical field 
  • Strong electrical skills
  • Basic knowledge of electrical measuring instruments such as a multimeter
  • Several years of experience in a maintenance or technical support role, ideally within a production or industrial environment
  • Strong electrical and/or electronic knowledge, with expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machines
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, department managers, and external suppliers
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other departments and teams
