Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende speler binnen de logistieke sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een financieel administratief medewerker.
Als accounting assistant ben je een cruciale schakel binnen het finance team. Je zorgt ervoor dat de financiële administratie correct, tijdig en gestructureerd verloopt. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak kunnen collega’s binnen accounting en controlling verder bouwen op een goede basis. In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je boekhoudkundige ondersteuning met administratieve en onthaalverantwoordelijkheden.
Wat zal je doen?
- Verwerken en opvolgen van aankoopfacturen via digitale systemen
- Uitvoeren en controleren van betalingen
- Opvolgen van leveranciers- en klantenrekeningen
- Verwerken van onkostennota’s en diverse financiële administraties
- Ondersteunen bij rapporteringen en financiële overzichten
- Professioneel ontvangen van bezoekers en behandelen van inkomende telefoons
- Beheer van vergaderruimtes en algemene administratie
Your Profile
Voor deze job in finance en administratie zoeken we een gestructureerde en communicatieve professional.
- Bachelor in Boekhouding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Ervaring in een gelijkaardige financiële of administratieve functie
- Kennis van leveranciers- en klantenadministratie
- Basisinzicht in btw-regelgeving en algemene boekhoudprincipes
- Vlotte kennis van Excel, Outlook en Word
- Goede kennis Nederlands en basiskennis Engels en/of Frans
- Daarnaast werk je nauwkeurig, behoud je overzicht tijdens drukke momenten en communiceer je helder en professioneel.
