Als Finance Manager ben je de rechterhand van de CFO en stuur je de financiële werking van de groep mee aan. Je combineert people management met strategische projecten en krijgt een sleutelrol binnen een sterk groeiende organisatie.
Jouw taken
- Verantwoordelijk voor maand- en jaarafsluitingen
- Aansturen en coachen van een team van 5 accountants
- Opvolgen van accounting en reporting van internationale entiteiten
- Cashflow, forecasting en financiële analyses beheren
- Optimaliseren en automatiseren van financiële processen
- Meewerken aan strategische projecten zoals ERP-implementatie en M&A-integraties
- Contactpersoon voor auditors, banken en externe partners
Your Profile
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in Finance, Accountancy of Economie
- Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting, idealiter in een internationale context
- Ervaring binnen een Big 4-kantoor is een must
- Sterke leiderschaps- en projectmanagementskills
- Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en oplossingsgerichte mindset
- Je combineert oog voor detail met een helicopterview
- Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en reporting tools
