Als Supervisor Warehouse bent u verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een vlot en efficiënt verloop van de warehouseactiviteiten binnen uw afdeling.
Wat zijn jouw taken als Supervisor?
- Actief meewerken aan de opstart van het nieuwe warehouse, inclusief systeem- en procestesten.
- Aansturen en coachen van foremen en warehousemedewerkers
- Beheren en opvolgen van interne en externe KPI’s (SQCDEP) en bijsturen waar nodig.
- Waarborgen van veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit binnen jouw afdeling.
- Implementeren van verbeterinitiatieven (PS, 5S, visual management, skill matrix).
- Samenwerken met planning, operations, collega-supervisors en supportdiensten.
- Begeleiden van onboarding en training van nieuwe medewerkers.
Your Profile
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring als Supervisor binnen een warehouse- of logistieke omgeving
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen van teams en het werken met KPI’s
- Beschikt over sterke leiderschapscompetenties en een proactieve, hands-on ingesteldheid
- Ervaring in een (semi-)geautomatiseerde werkomgeving strekt tot aanbeveling
- Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Bereidheid om na de opstartfase te functioneren binnen een tweeploegenstelsel (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) en nadien in dagdienst
