Als hepatitis?C-verpleegkundige speel je een sleutelrol binnen het bestaande zorgnetwerk in Oost-Vlaanderen. Jij bent de verbindende kracht in het opsporen, voorkomen, behandelen en opvolgen van hepatitis?C.
Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor lokale zorgprofessionals en werkt nauw samen met:
de Vlaamse hepatitis?C-coördinator
collega’s uit andere provincies
partnerorganisaties actief in preventie en harm reduction
Je bouwt verder op bestaande samenwerkingen én legt actief nieuwe contacten. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde en methodische aanpak vertaal je dit netwerkwerk en je casussen moeiteloos naar duidelijke, overzichtelijke rapportages.

What We Offer
Als projectverpleegkundige krijg je bij ons een vast contract en werk je op uiteenlopende projecten binnen verschillende zorginstellingen zoals ziekenhuizen, woonzorgcentra en thuisverpleging. Projecten duren minimaal 3 maanden en kunnen, in overleg en volgens jouw wens en de noden van de klant, verlengd worden.
