Als Service Advisor Carrosserie ben je samen met je collega's de drijvende kracht binnen het After Sales-team.
Je hebt de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Eerste klantencontact over vragen ivm. herstellingen of onderhoud van wagens.
- Je maakt schade-offertes en Informex-bestekken op.
- Je hebt dagelijks contact met verzekeraars, experts en makelaars om correcte schadedossiers op te stellen.
- Je zorgt voor een efficiënte coördinatie tussen de klanten, de werkplaats en eventueel andere afdelingen binnen de concessie.
- Je staat in voor verschillende administratieve taken rond schadebeheer.
Your Profile
Wie zoeken wij?
- Je hebt een diploma autotechniek of de nodige ervaring in de automotive sector.
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in de automotive sector.
- Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig.
- Je bent flexibel, organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig.
- Je hebt een klantvriendelijke en commercieel ingestelde houding.
- Nederlandse talenkennis - andere talen zijn een plus.
- Kennis van Informex en Planmanager.
