Vacature: HR Business Partner

Wij zijn op zoek naar een HR Business Partner die de kunst verstaat om mens, data en communicatie te integreren en te optimaliseren.
Wat ga je doen?
- Sparringpartner en Adviseur: Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en biedt advies bij vraagstukken rondom medewerkers, teams en organisatie.
- Data-analyse en Actie: Door het analyseren van gegevens zoals verloop, ziekteverzuim en overuren, vertaal je inzichten naar concrete verbeteracties.
- Cultuur en Dossierbeheer: Je volgt medewerkersdossiers op en helpt bouwen aan een cultuur van openheid, zorg en verantwoordelijkheid.
- Leiding van HR-projecten: Je leidt projecten gericht op retentie, verzuim, cultuur en communicatie.
- Interne Communicatie: Je waarborgt een duidelijke en warme interne communicatie over HR-beleid en initiatieven
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in HR, communicatie, psychologie of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring als HRBP, HR Advisor of People Partner in een operationele omgeving.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, empathie en een gezonde dosis daadkracht.
- Ervaring met interne communicatie of change-communicatie is een pluspunt.
- Vlotte kennis van sociale wetgeving en een analytische, oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
- De bereidheid om regelmatig aanwezig te zijn op onze locaties – daar waar de mensen zijn.
