- Klantopvolging bij vragen, problemen of aanvullende informatie

Je bent iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, klantvriendelijk is en vlot communiceert. Daarnaast beschik je over:
- Uitstekend Nederlands
- Goede kennis van het Frans
- Autotechnische kennis (must!)
- Basiskennis Microsoft Office
- Kennis van AS400 is een pluspunt
- Een proactieve, klantgerichte houding
- Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken
- Sociale vaardigheden en zin om bij te leren
