About the Job
Voor onze klant in Ternat, actief in de logistieke sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een dispatcher:
Je organiseert en coördineert de transportplanning en zorgt voor een zo efficiënt mogelijke routeplanning.
Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze chauffeurs en volg je hen op tijdens het laadproces.
Je behandelt zowel telefonische als schriftelijke vragen en garandeert een vlotte en correcte dienstverlening voor inkomende transportopdrachten.
Verder volg je de leveringen nauwgezet op en stuur je bij waar nodig.
Your Profile
- Je hebt ervaring als planner of dispatcher; een opleiding in transport of logistiek is een pluspunt.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en behoudt het overzicht, ook in stressvolle situaties.
- Je bent digitaal vaardig, leert snel nieuwe systemen kennen en werkt graag samen met collega’s.

What We Offer
Jouw loon wordt afgestemd op jouw ervaring en wordt aangevuld met verschillende extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques van €8/dag, woon-werkverkeervergoeding, verzekeringen e.d.
Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag van 7u30 tot 15u30. Bij afwezigheid van de nachtdispatcher, sta je ervoor open om deze persoon te vervangen (23u00 - 7u00).
