About the Job
Voor onze klant in regio Ternat, actief in de wereld van kartonverpakkingen, zijn wij op zoek naar een administratief bediende met klantencontact.
- Je staat in als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en staat hen te woord bij vragen/problemen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige administratieve proces van order en offerteopmaak tot organiseren van het transport en afsluiten van het dossier;
- Je werkt nauw samen met de verkoper en helpt bij prijscalculaties.
Your Profile
- Je hebt een aantal jaar gelijkwaardige ervaring op jouw CV staan, idealiter in een technische sector of met een complex product;
- Je bent vlot tweetalig Nederlands/Frans;
- Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt gestructureerd en kan makkelijk prioriteiten stellen.
