Voor een dynamische organisatie actief in de automotive sector zoeken wij een verkoopmedewerker binnendienst voor het saleskantoor in Hasselt. Je komt terecht in een klein en hecht team van 3 collega’s, waar samenwerking en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.
Heb jij commerciële flair, hou je van klantencontact en werk je graag in een ondersteunende rol binnen sales? Dan is dit misschien jouw volgende uitdaging.
Wat ga jij doen als medewerker inside sales?
- Ondersteunen van het sales team
- Dagelijks telefonisch verkopen en adviseren van klanten in België en Luxemburg
- Verwerken en opvolgen van verkooporders
- Oplossen van dagelijkse leverings- en orderproblemen
- Communiceren met klanten over leveringen en producten
- Administratieve verwerking in het systeem
- Meewerken aan verkoopondersteunende acties
- Actief meedenken over verbeteringen binnen sales en klantenservice
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Je beschikt over een A1 bachelor werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring in sales, logistiek of automotive is een pluspunt
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Duits is een must, Engels is een plus
- Je kan goed werken met MS Office; kennis van SAP is een meerwaarde
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld en communicatief sterk
- Je werkt proactief, klantgericht en stressbestendig
- Je houdt van afwisseling en werkt graag samen in een klein team
- Je wil werken in een klein team
