Bij Ciner Glass ben jij als Mould Design Engineer de technische en creatieve kracht achter hoogwaardige glasvormen. Je combineert ontwerp, productie en innovatie om kwaliteitsvolle en efficiënte oplossingen te realiseren.
Jouw rol:
- Ontwerp & Ontwikkeling: nieuwe glasvormen, onderdelen en tools ontwerpen, bestaande ontwerpen optimaliseren, productieproblemen analyseren en CAD-documentatie beheren
- Mould Management & Leveranciers: contact met leveranciers, productie opvolgen, testen en kwaliteitscontrole, planningen en budgetten bewaken
- Continu Verbeteren & Projecten: procesdata en feedback vertalen naar verbeteringen, technologische trends volgen en deelnemen aan innovatieprojecten
- Overleg, Opleiding & Veiligheid: afstemmen met productie en engineering, collega’s trainen, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften naleven, best practices delen
Your Profile
Voor deze rol zoeken we een technisch sterke en creatieve engineer die glasvormen ontwerpt en optimaliseert.
Jouw profiel:
- Bachelor of master in werktuigkunde, industrieel ontwerp, materiaalkunde of verwant
- Ervaring in design/engineering, bij voorkeur in glas, verpakking of fijnmechanica
- Kennis van 3D CAD-systemen (CATIA is een plus)
- Inzicht in toleranties, technische documentatie en normen (ISO, DIN, …)
- Analytisch, probleemoplossend en oog voor detail
- Communicatief sterk in Nederlands en Engels
- Klantgericht, innovatief en kwaliteitsbewust
- Zelfstandig én een teamspeler in een dynamische productieomgeving
