About the Job
Als fleetbeheerder ben jij het hart van ons wagenparkbeheer. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles rond onze voertuigen vlot, veilig en efficiënt verloopt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:
- Opvolgen van jaarlijkse keuringen en onderhoudsbeurten
- Beheer van contacten met garages, bandencentrales en hersteldiensten, inclusief factuurcontrole
- Registratie en opvolging van alle fleetgegevens in het onderhoudsprogramma Mc Main
- Verwerking en opvolging van ongevalsaangiftes binnen de fleet
- Beheer van het automatische tankregistratiesysteem
- Organiseren van depannages bij problemen onderweg
- Uitvoeren van kleine herstellingen waar nodig
- Transport van voertuigen naar garages (halen en brengen van trekkers en opleggers, indien rijbewijs vereist)
- Algemene administratief-logistieke ondersteuning
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs bij praktische vragen
- Back-up rol in facilitybeheer van warehouses (herstellingen en periodieke controles organiseren)
Your Profile
- Bachelor in logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Naast een vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands is kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
- Flexibel en bereid om opgeroepen te worden bij o.a. depannages
- Sterk communicatief, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken
- Flexibel in werkuren indien nodig
- Goede kennis van MS Office
- Bereid om minimum 4/5 te werken
