About the Job
Als procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlot en correct verloop van het productieproces. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:
- Opstarten en voorbereiden van productieprocessen en grondstoffen
- Bedienen en opvolgen van meng- en UHT-installaties
- Bewaken van sterilisatie-, koel- en steriele opslagprocessen
- Controleren van kritieke parameters (CCP’s) zoals temperatuur en debiet
- Uitvoeren van CIP-reinigingsprocessen (Cleaning In Place)
- Beheren van grondstoffen en productiestromen
- Nauwkeurig invullen van productiefiches en administratieve registratie
- Rapporteren aan de productieleider
Your Profile
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en hygiëne
- Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en interesse in productieprocessen
- Je hebt basiskennis van HACCP en GMP of bent bereid dit aan te leren
- Je bent alert en kan afwijkingen snel detecteren
- Je bent leergierig en staat open voor interne opleidingen
- Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (vroeg/laat)
