About the Job
- Coördineren, superviseren en controleren van alle productiewerkzaamheden binnen je afdeling
- Intensief samenwerken met ondersteunende diensten zoals materiaalbeheer, personeelsplanning en kwaliteitsafdeling
- Opvolgen en bijsturen van de personeelsplanning volgens de noden van de productie
- Actief aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer om nauw contact te houden met processen en medewerkers
- Rapporteren aan de productieverantwoordelijke
- Waken over orde, netheid, veiligheid en kwaliteit binnen jouw afdeling
Your Profile
- Enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende of verantwoordelijke functie binnen productie
- Het vermogen om je team te motiveren dankzij enthousiasme en natuurlijk leiderschap
- Flexibiliteit in taken en werkuren, met bereidheid om uitzonderlijk ook ’s nachts te werken
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede mondelinge kennis van Engels
- Een heftruckattest is een pluspunt
- Sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin, kwaliteitsgerichtheid en organisatorische skills
