Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en opvolging van DBFM-projecten (Design, Build, Finance & Maintain) binnen infrastructuur.
Jouw taken
- Coördineren en opvolgen van infrastructuurprojecten van A tot Z
- Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar technische dossiers, offertes en planningen
- Aansturen van werfteams en onderaannemers
- Centrale contactpersoon voor klanten, leveranciers en partners
- Bewaken van budget, timing, kwaliteit en veiligheid
- Rapporteren aan de departementsmanager
- Gelijktijdig beheren van meerdere projecten
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Bachelor Industriële Wetenschappen (elektromechanica/elektriciteit)
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider
- Ervaring met DBFM-projecten en financiële opvolging
- Sterke leiderschaps- en communicatieskills
- Organisatorisch sterk en probleemoplossend
- Werfgericht, flexibel en stressbestendig
- Vlot met MS Office en projectmanagementtools
