About the Job
Als Douane Agent ben je verantwoordelijk voor de correcte afhandeling van alle douaneformaliteiten en fungeer je als schakel tussen de opslag en het extern douanebureau. Je werkt nauw samen in een klein team en staat in contact met verschillende partijen.
- Afhandeling van douaneformaliteiten (import & export)
- Receptie en controle van douanedocumenten
- Dagelijkse opvolging van douanedossiers
- Telefonisch contact met klanten, vervoerders en douane
- Schakel tussen de opslaglocatie en het extern douanebureau
Your Profile
Voor de functie van Douane Agent zoeken we iemand met een eerste ervaring in douaneactiviteiten, die nauwkeurig werkt en zich vlot kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands.
- Minstens 1 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige douanefunctie
- Geldige douanelicentie (of bereidheid om deze te behalen)
- Geen specifiek diploma vereist
- Vlot Nederlandstalig, Engels is een pluspunt
- Nauwkeurig, communicatief en een echte teamspeler

TSO Technisch Secundair Onderwijs/A2
