Hoe ziet je dag eruit als Supply Chain Administrator?
- Je beheert het afroepen van grondstoffen en de stockopvolging in SAP, terwijl je snel schakelt bij afwijkingen, korte lead times en urgente issues.
- Je maakt jaaroverzichten, rapporten en grafieken op basis van productiehistoriek en ondersteunt optimalisaties via SAP-analyses en eenvoudige Excel-overzichten.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de site in Italië, ondersteunt hun planning vanuit België en volgt de internationale grondstoffenstromen op.
- Je communiceert helder in het Engels, behoudt overzicht tussen beide sites en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen

Ben jij de ideale Supply Chain Administrator?
- Je hebt een bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring, 3–5 jaar supply chain- of logistieke ervaring, en werkt vlot met SAP en Excel.
- Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische, veranderlijke omgeving en blijft rustig en assertief, ook wanneer telefonisch schakelen nodig is.
- Je brengt structuur, overzicht en rust, neemt ownership en handelt proactief wanneer situaties complex of urgent worden.
- Je werkt oplossingsgericht en zorgvuldig, toont maturiteit en durft doorvragen om tot klare beslissingen te komen.
