Als Teamleader Warehouse speel je een cruciale rol in het stroomlijnen van onze logistieke operaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse activiteiten soepel verlopen en dat je team optimaal presteert.
- Organiseren en aansturen van een team van warehouse-medewerkers.
- Optimaliseren van werkorganisatie en processen.
- Samenwerken met Supervisors, andere teamleaders en externe partners.
- Opstellen van personeelsplanningen en transporten.
- Waken over veiligheid, orde, netheid en productkwaliteit.
- Proactief aandragen van verbeteringsvoorstellen.
- Rapporteren aan de Supervisor Warehouse.
Your Profile
In deze rol is het belangrijk dat je beschikt over een sterk set vaardigheden die je in staat stellen om effectief te communiceren en te leiden.
- Leidinggevende en organiserende capaciteiten.
- Analytisch denkvermogen.
- Stressbestendig, flexibel, nauwkeurig, hands-on en klantgericht.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
- Vertrouwd met MS Office, vooral Excel.
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een logistieke omgeving, waarvan 2 jaar in een leidinggevende rol.
- Brevet voor stapelaar/elektrotranspallet is een pluspunt.
