Jouw takenpakket:
- Opstarten en opvolgen van de productieprocessen
- Aansturen en ondersteunen van operatoren op de werkvloer
- Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne
- Coördineren van de werkzaamheden en bijsturen waar nodig
- Rapporteren aan de productieleiding
- Uitvoeren van controles en administratieve opvolging
- Meewerken in het proces waar nodig
Your Profile
Wie ben jij ?
- Ervaring als ploegbaas, teamleader of senior operator
- Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve skills
- Technisch inzicht en feeling met productieprocessen
- Je werkt gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht
- Kennis van HACCP/GMP is een plus
- Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem
