Jouw rol in het team
Als Ploegleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten binnen de spuitgietafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen, machines en materialen optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn en dat de kwaliteit steeds gewaarborgd blijft.
- Je stuurt een team van maximaal 5 persbedieners aan en volgt hun werk dagelijks op
- Je zorgt voor een correcte aan- en afvoer van producten en materialen
- Je bewaakt continu de productkwaliteit en stuurt bij waar nodig
- Je stelt spuitgietmachines af en grijpt in bij technische afwijkingen
- Je begeleidt en ondersteunt medewerkers op de werkvloer
- Je volgt opleiding in de morgen- en middagploeg, met nadien mogelijkheid tot nachtploeg

- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands
- Je kan werkinstructies correct interpreteren en overbrengen
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht

Wat mag je verwachten als ploegleider?
- Verloning 17,79 tot 18,98 bruto per uur + ploegenpremie 1,0582
- 12 betaalde compensatiedagen per jaar (in het kader van de 38-urenweek)
- 2 betaalde CAO-dagen per jaar
- Maaltijdcheques van €8 per gewerkte dag
- Loonbonus die per kwartaal wordt uitbetaald
- Tewerkstelling in ploegendienst (morgen-, middag- en/of nachtploeg)
