Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Beheer van een specifieke afdeling binnen het geavanceerde machinepark.
- Fungeren als het technische aanspreekpunt en specialist voor het toegewezen machinegedeelte.
- Zelfstandig werken met de mogelijkheid om samen te werken met collega's en externe ondersteuning in te schakelen indien nodig.
- Oplossen van acute problemen, afregelen van machines en optimaliseren van prestaties om stilstanden te minimaliseren.
Werkomgeving:
- Opereren binnen een moderne, volledig geautomatiseerde productieomgeving.
- Uitvoeren van technische interventies aan state-of-the-art machines.
Technische Vaardigheden:
- Expertise in PLC-systemen en het begrijpen en analyseren van PLC-structuren.
- Detecteren en oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen.
- Lezen en interpreteren van elektrische schema's en plannen.
- Identificeren en oplossen van hydraulische en pneumatische problemen.
Rapportage en Documentatie:
- Rapporteren aan de technisch manager.
- Zorgen voor nauwkeurige documentatie van uitgevoerde taken.
Your Profile
- Bachelor denkniveau elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Ervaring binnen een productiebedrijf is een pluspunt.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, extra talenkennis (Duits of Frans) is een troef.
- Beschikbaarheid voor dagwerk.
- Prioriteit voor veiligheid en streven naar kwaliteit.
- Gestructureerd en georganiseerd werken.
- Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken.
