Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding op onze werven op jou en coördineert een team van monteurs. Samen zorgen jullie voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve montage van complexe staalconstructies – van industriële gebouwen tot spectaculaire projecten zoals achtbanen.
? Takenpakket
- Leiding geven aan een team van ±5 monteurs op de werf
- Coördinatie van montagewerken volgens planning en veiligheidsvoorschriften
- Taakverdeling en opvolging van de voortgang van de werkzaamheden
- Kwaliteitscontrole en bewaking van efficiëntie en veiligheid
- Aanspreekpunt voor de werfleider en nauwe samenwerking met hem/haar
- Zelf meewerken aan montage waar nodig
- Zorgen voor correct gebruik van materiaal en materieel
Your Profile
- Aantoonbare ervaring in montage van staalconstructies
- Leidinggevende ervaring is een plus, maar doorgroeiers zijn zeker welkom
- Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren
- Je beschikt over een VCA-attest of bent bereid dit te behalen
- Hands-on mentaliteit en zin voor initiatief
- Gestructureerde en stressbestendige werker
- Rijbewijs B is vereist, rijbewijs BE is een pluspunt
