About the Job

As an Electrical Technician, you ensure the safe and reliable operation of our production and utility installations. You perform electrical maintenance, troubleshoot failures and support continuous improvements in a high-tech industrial environment.

You start with a technical training program in day shift, followed by role-specific training and involvement in the installation and start-up of new production lines. After training, you move into your permanent shift schedule or stay in day shift. 

With operations starting in Q2 2026, this is a unique opportunity to help launch Europe’s most advanced glass packaging plant and build a long-term career at Ciner Glass Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults
  • Execute work on installations, sensors, motors and cabinets
  • Coordinate maintenance requiring downtime
  • Follow and create technical work instructions
  • Register maintenance activities and ensure shift handover
  • Support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement

Your Profile

Your Profile

  • Technical diploma in electrical engineering or electrotechnics
  • Strong electrical skills and hands-on mindset
  • Basic knowledge of electrical measuring equipment (e.g. multimeter)
  • Experience in an industrial or production environment is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills in electrical and electronic systems
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams
