Jij bent de motor achter ons productieproces: zonder jouw inzet geen producten, geen kwaliteit, geen resultaat. Hier maak je écht het verschil.
Wat ga je doen?
Kies – of groei – naar één van onze drie hightech afdelingen. Wat je ook kiest, jouw werk is onmisbaar:
Batch & Furnace
- Meng grondstoffen tot perfecte recepten
- Houd ovens op 1550°C onder controle
- Stuur het smeltproces aan vanuit onze moderne controlekamer
IS (Hot End)
- Vorm gesmolten materiaal om tot hoogwaardige eindproducten
- Bedien en optimaliseer geavanceerde machines
- Bewaak en waarborg de kwaliteit van elk product
Mould-afdeling
- Reinig, controleer en herstel mallen
- Maak mallen klaar voor de volgende productierun
- Zorg voor duurzame herbruikbaarheid en efficiëntie
Your Profile
Wat breng jij mee als operator?
- Je hebt ervaring in productie of een flinke dosis leergierige energie
- Technisch inzicht en een hands-on mentaliteit zitten in je DNA
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands
- Je bent computervaardig en werkt graag samen
- Stof, hitte of actie? Voor jou juist een kick en uitdaging!
