About the Job
Wil jij mee bouwen aan een van de meest geavanceerde glasfabrieken van Europa? Als Productie Manager Feeder & IS ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige hot-end productieproces en stuur je een team van Teamleaders, Productie Ingenieurs, Shiftleaders en Operatoren aan. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Production Director en speelt een sleutelrol in de verdere uitbouw van onze organisatie.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking en prestaties van de Feeder & IS-afdeling.
- Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit, productiviteit, rendement en OEE.
- Leiden van procesoptimalisaties en Continuous Improvement-projecten.
- Uitvoeren van root cause analyses en implementeren van structurele verbeteringen.
- Coachen en ontwikkelen van Teamleaders, Ingenieurs en operationele teams.
- Samenwerken met Maintenance, Quality, Batch & Furnace, Mould Shop en Cold End.
- Ondersteunen van investeringsprojecten, innovaties en opstart van nieuwe productielijnen.
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Bachelor of Master in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Minimaal 7 à 10 jaar ervaring binnen de containerglasindustrie.
- Sterke kennis van IS-machines, formingprocessen en hot-end productie.
- Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
- Kennis van OEE, Lean Manufacturing en Continuous Improvement.
- Coachende leiderschapsstijl, analytisch sterk en hands-on ingesteld.
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
- Ervaring in een greenfield- of opstartomgeving is een plus.
