About the Job

Ben jij sterk in elektriciteit, leidinggeven en technische coördinatie? Wil je bouwen aan een nieuwe productiesite en een team aansturen binnen elektrische nutsvoorzieningen? Dan is dit jouw kans.

Je volgt eerst de elektrische werken op de werf op. Na de opstart neem je de leiding over het team dat instaat voor alle elektrische utilities en zorg je voor een veilige, betrouwbare en efficiënte werking van de volledige installatie.

Jouw taken als Teamleader Elektriciteit:

Leiding & organisatie

Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van het team
Dagelijkse werkplanning en technische begeleiding

Onderhoud & techniek

Onderhoud en optimalisatie van laag- en hoogspanningsinstallaties
Storingen analyseren en structureel oplossen
Bewaken van continuïteit, veiligheid en bedrijfszekerheid

Projecten & documentatie

Meewerken aan uitbreidingen, investeringen en inbedrijfstellingen
Contact met externe partijen opvolgen
Onderhoudsplannen, inspecties en technische documentatie beheren
Naleving van veiligheids- en milieuregels verzekeren

Your Profile

Jouw profiel als Hoofd Elektrische Installaties:

Technisch diploma of Bachelor Elektromechanica
Min. 5 jaar ervaring met industriële elektrische installaties
Sterke kennis van laag- en hoogspanning
Analytisch, hands-on, gestructureerd en proactief
Coachend leider, communicatief sterk (NL + EN)
Ervaring met ERP/CMMS is een plus
