Wat je doet:
- Leiden, coachen en motiveren van het Electrical Utilities-team
- Onderhoud en opvolging van elektrische installaties coördineren
- Storingen analyseren en structurele oplossingen implementeren
- Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en nieuwe projecten
- Externe partijen begeleiden bij uitbreidingen en inbedrijfstellingen
- Veiligheid, kwaliteit en technische documentatie bewaken
Your Profile
Als Teamleader Elektrische nutsvoorzieningen combineer je technisch vakmanschap met leidinggevende vaardigheden. Jij bent de spil die ervoor zorgt dat onze elektrische installaties betrouwbaar, veilig en toekomstbestendig blijven draaien.
Jouw profiel:
- Technisch diploma (bachelor Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met industriële elektrische installaties en utilities
- Diepgaande kennis van hoog- en laagspanning, distributie en beveiliging
- Ervaring met onderhoudsmethodieken, storingsanalyse en optimalisatietrajecten
- Kennis van wet- en regelgeving rond elektriciteit, veiligheid en milieu
- Communicatief sterk in Nederlands en Engels
- Analytisch, gestructureerd en proactief
- Ervaring met onderhoudssoftware (ERP/CMMS) is een plus
- Coachende en overtuigende leiderschapsstijl met een hands-on mentaliteit
