Als Customer Journey Specialist ben jij het aanspreekpunt en het gezicht van de beleving. Je combineert klantencontact, advies en marketingondersteuning in één veelzijdige functie.
- Je zorgt voor een warm en professioneel onthaal van B2C- en B2B-klanten en begeleidt hen door de inspirerende omgeving.
- Je adviseert bezoekers en vertaalt hun noden naar concrete oplossingen, met oog voor kwaliteit en beleving.
- Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten, zet interesse om in kwalitatieve leads en volgt deze proactief op via o.a. HubSpot.
- Je ondersteunt marketing en sales met content, social media, nieuwsbrieven, events en het beheer van de website.
Your Profile
Wie ben jij als Customer Journey Specialist?
- Je hebt een bachelor denkniveaul
- Je hebt ervaring met klantencontact (bv. retail, hospitality, service) – juniors zijn welkom
- Je bent klantgericht, positief, sociaal en straalt professionaliteit uit
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office en voelt je thuis in administratieve opvolging
