About the Job
We gaan op zoek naar een Process Engineer die een sleutelrol zal spelen in het continu verbeteren, optimaliseren en standaardiseren van de productieprocessen.
Concreet houd jouw takenpakket het volgende in:
- Je analyseert en optimaliseert productieprocessen in tijd kosten en materiaal
- Je implementeert verbeterprojecten, nieuwe processen en werkwijzen
- Je realiseert meetbare prestatieverbeteringen.
- Je ontwikkelt transparante dashboards om KPI's en procesdata te verzamelen
- Je zorgt voor actuele procesdocumentatie, werkinstructies en standaarden
- Je werkt samen met multidisciplinaire teams en betrekt medewerkers bij optimalisaties
- Je traint en begeleidt medewerkers bij nieuwe processen
- Je verhoogt veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen
Your Profile
Voor deze functie als Process Engineer gaan we op zoek naar volgend profiel:
- Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting (bv. industriële wetenschappen, elektromechanica...)
- Enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving
- Vertrouwd met methodieken zoals Lean, Six Sigma en Kaizen
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en (liefst) ook Engels
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden om procesdata correct te interpreteren
- Vlotte communicatiestijl die werkt voor verschillende afdelingen
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht en behoudt overzicht in een dynamische context
- Een proactieve houding, hands-on mentaliteit en aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn essentieel.
