- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en een goeie kennis Frans
- Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring op de klantendienst achter de rug
- Je behaalde een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent gemotiveerd en klantgericht
