Als grootkeukenmedewerker/kok ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van kwalitatieve, kant-en-klare maaltijden die geleverd worden aan frituren en horecazaken.
Je takenpakket bestaat uit:
- Bereiden van klassieke gerechten zoals stoofvlees, vol-au-vent en seizoensgerechten (bijv. hutsepot)
- Correct toepassen van pasteurisatieprocessen (zeer belangrijk)
- Werken volgens vaste recepten en kwaliteitsnormen van het bedrijf
- Zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen binnen de productie
- Zorgen voor orde, netheid en hygiëne in de keuken
Your Profile
- Je hebt ervaring als kok of in een grootkeuken
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent verantwoordelijk ingesteld
- Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid
- Kennis van Nederlands en/of Frans
- Je bent flexibel en kan omgaan met een vroege opstart
