Als Senior Projectingenieur speel je een cruciale rol in de verdere verduurzaming en optimalisatie van de processen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren, aansturen en opvolgen van strategische projecten en stuurt inhoudelijk het technische team aan.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Leiding nemen over projecten rond lucht- en waterbeheer, energie-efficiëntie en automatisatie
- Aansturen van verbeteringen aan de composteerinstallatie en infrastructuur
- Coördineren van milieutechnische rapporteringen en naleving van vergunningen
- Strategisch analyseren en optimaliseren van procesparameters
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor externe partners en overheidsinstanties
- Coachen en begeleiden van junior collega’s binnen het team
Your Profile
jouw profiel
- Master in een technische of milieukundige richting (industrieel ingenieur, bio-ingenieur, milieutechnologie, …)
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en milieuprojecten, bij voorkeur in industriële omgeving
- Strategisch en analytisch ingesteld, met een praktische aanpak
- Ervaring in het aansturen van projecten en teams is een plus
- Sterke communicatie- en leiderschapsvaardigheden
