Jij zorgt ervoor dat duurzaamheid helemaal verweven zit in onze nieuwe fabriek en onze manier van werken. Je ontwikkelt een duidelijke duurzaamheidsstrategie, je volgt wetgeving op, en je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen HR, Operations, HSE, Communicatie en onze internationale teams. Je rapporteert aan de Corporate Affairs Manager.
Wat ga je concreet doen?
Strategie & wetgeving
- Onze duurzaamheidsdoelen vertalen naar een duidelijke, haalbare strategie
- Zorgen dat we voldoen aan alle regels en standaarden (zoals CSRD, EU Taxonomy en CSDDD)
- Externe certificeringen en beoordelingen opvolgen (B Corp, Responsible Glass, EcoVadis, Science Based Targets)
- Risico’s en kansen rond duurzaamheid analyseren en rapporteren aan het management
- Het management adviseren bij beslissingen die impact hebben op ESG en duurzaamheid
Data & rapportering
- Data verzamelen en analyseren (energie, water, afval, CO2)
- Sterke processen opzetten voor dataverzameling en rapportering
- Duidelijk rapporteren over onze resultaten, zowel intern als extern
- Initiatieven onderbouwen met KPI’s en impactanalyses
Projecten & samenwerking
- Duurzaamheidsdoelen vertalen naar concrete projecten en meetbare resultaten
- Duurzaamheidsprojecten coördineren binnen onze nieuwe, high-tech productiesite
- Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen en internationale collega’s
- Collega’s sensibiliseren en opleiden rond duurzaam denken en werken
- Goede relaties onderhouden met interne en externe stakeholders
Your Profile
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in duurzaamheid, ESG of milieumanagement
- Sterke kennis van duurzaamheidsprincipes, milieuwetgeving, energie-efficiëntie, circulariteit en ESG-rapportering
- Ervaring met rapportering, audits en certificeringen is een plus
- Sterk in communicatie, in zowel Nederlands als Engels
- Proactief, oplossingsgericht en comfortabel in een groeiende, technisch complexe omgeving
- Enthousiast om te werken op een gloednieuwe site waar processen nog volop in ontwikkeling zijn
